Neotekt Limited is a registered company providing integrated professional services across the building and construction industry. Its principal partners offer 50 years of combined professional experience in architecture, project management, building construction, landscaping, interior design, and furniture production.
The name Neotekt combines two Greek words: Neo, meaning “new,” with Tekt, derived from Tekton, associated with a builder, architect or craftsman. The name reflects the company’s identity as a new-generation building and design practice committed to innovation, progressive thinking and contemporary building solutions.
Our responsibility
The builder is accountable for every detail the architect draws.
Removing the boundary between architect and builder means fewer compromised junctions and no hand-off gap where intent is lost.
How we work
Four stages, one continuous process

Structural schematic
Constructability is tested during concept generation, so the building is buildable before any drawing is finalised.

Material and trade logic
Physical materials and building trades guide the proportions of the scheme from the earliest sketches onward.

Detailed coordination
Architecture, structure and services are resolved together, leaving no unresolved junction for the site to decide.

Construction assembly
The same team that designed the building oversees its assembly, keeping the original intent intact on site.
